“Journey_man” is a good spin, combining atmospherics with rhythm, neo funk, pop, and neo jazz. The textures and beats on the disc inspire contemplation as well as groove-elation. Whoa. The time has never been better for electronic musicians to collaborate. Geographical barriers mean nothing to the nu-jazz community. This one is going on my playlist, along with “Out of the Volcano-Landscapes” and “Sienna-Essence.” Nicely done.
